This kit features precision-machined inner axle sleeves that increase tube thickness by 59%, along with laser-cut and CNC-bent inner C gussets constructed in a heavy-duty three-sided design to resist bending forces. Lower control arm skids are fabricated with the same laser and CNC technology to provide a sturdy protective bracket, finished with inner axle seals for optimal reassembly and protection.

      Professional Installation. Designed for bolt-on installation without the need for drilling, the kit requires moderate mechanical skill to properly fit the components and complete axle reinforcement. Installation typically involves disassembly of factory axle components to fit the sleeves, gussets, and skids securely.

      Application. This kit fits Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 to 2018, excluding Rubicon Recon variants due to incompatible axle tube thickness and upgraded axle end forgings that may require gusset modification.
