Description
Reinforcement for the Trails. While lifting your Wrangler JL goes a long way in improving its off-road capabilities, it isn’t without its issues. A couple of such problems include added load to the frame side track bar bracket and the steering box sector shaft. If the stress from the added load is not addressed, this can result in failure of the track bar or steering box. The Synergy Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace is the ideal component needed to address these issues. This bracing system is designed to bolster both the frame side track bar bracket and steering box sector shaft. By doing so, you ensure these components are free from the stresses that come with lifting your Jeep and running larger, heavier tires and wheels.
Resilient Build Quality. To ensure superior performance, both the front track bar and sector shaft brace are fabricated using advanced CNC-forming machines. Specifically, the front track bar brace is laser-cut and formed from 0.187-inch thick plate steel. Meanwhile, the sector shaft brace is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and features a press-fit bronze bushing. Additionally, the track bar brace is finished in a tough gray powder coating for superior corrosion protection.
Efficient Install Procedure. This bracing system is designed to install into your preexisting locations on your Jeep. No modifications to your vehicle are needed making installation a relatively efficient procedure. Also, all necessary hardware is included for convenience.
