It offers an adjustable length from 37 inches to 38 inches and has been engineered to provide better steering leverage than the factory steering, giving you smoother handling in aggressive driving situations.
Built for the Trails. The construction of this Extended Crossover Steering Kit is perfect for the toughest trail adventures. Each link is made of 1.50-inch x 0.25-inch wall DOM tubing with 0.75 chrome moly rod ends. Additionally, this crossover steering kit is completed with a corrosion-resistant Playboy blue powder-coated finish to give an attractive appeal to your off-roader.
Straightforward Installation. Setting up this Extended Crossover Steering Kit is simple. Please note that the spindles and pitman arm of your vehicle will need to be drilled out to 0.625 inches.
Limited 12-Month Warranty. Steinjager guarantees that this Extended Crossover Steering Kit will be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of sale. Some limitations for this warranty apply. For details, please contact customer service.
Application. This Playboy Blue Steinjager Extended Crossover Steering Kit fits all the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
Application Note. Using this Steinjager Extended Crossover Steering Kit will require wheels with a maximum of 4-inch backspacing or a minimum of 16-inch rim size. That’s because the factory 15-inch rims may rub the heim joints with this steering kit installed.
