Description
EXTREME STEERING LINKAGE. The Steer Smarts YETI XD Drag Link with Griffin XD Attenuator; No-Drill Top Mount; Red Bellow is a heavy-duty, bolt-on steering linkage designed to improve steering stability and off-road performance on the Jeep Wrangler JL. It reduces harsh vibrations and feedback to the steering wheel while providing superior durability for extreme duty applications.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This drag link features forged medium carbon steel ball joints with induction heat-treated ball studs and steel-on-steel bearings for long service life and toughness. Components are powder coated over an e-coat base for superior corrosion protection and a clean, durable finish. The Griffin XD attenuator assembly is fabricated from thick-wall, high-strength 4130 chromoly steel tubing with a patented design to optimize steering feel.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate skill and basic hand tools including a torque wrench. The no-drill top mount design allows for bolt-on installation without modifications to the frame or drilling, ensuring a quick and secure fit.
WARRANTY. Limited lifetime warranty included.
