      Description

      Enhanced Suspension Compatibility. The Rough Country Rear CV Driveshaft for 4 to 6-Inch Lift is engineered to optimize driveline operation for lifted Jeep Wrangler TJs. It mitigates vibration issues commonly experienced after suspension lifts, ensuring smooth power delivery and preventing rear output shaft breakage. This makes it an essential upgrade for maintaining vehicle reliability with suspension modifications.

      Construction and Appearance. This driveshaft features a robust double cardan design with reinforced CV joints and high-quality Brute Force Red seals. Constructed to be twice as strong as the original factory driveshaft, it boasts durable materials and precise engineering to withstand heavy-duty off-road conditions. The finish delivers a durable, clean look that complements lifted Jeep setups.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and estimated to take 2 to 3 hours. No drilling is required, but a slip yoke eliminator must be installed prior to mounting this driveshaft to ensure proper fitment and function.

      Application. Specifically designed for 1997 to 2006 4.0L Jeep Wrangler TJ models with 4 to 6 inch suspension lifts. It does not fit Rubicon or Unlimited models and excludes certain engine and transmission configurations as noted.
