Built From High-Strength Steel. These rockGEAR Skid Plates are made to protect your rear shocks and rear control arms. As such, they’re constructed from 0.25-inch thick high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel, boasting remarkable strength and high resistance to corrosion. They also come covered with Rancho’s resilient red powder coated finish for increased durability and longevity.
Installation Doesn’t Require Drilling. These skid plates boast a bolt-on install, so installing them will take no more than 2 hours to complete. However, the task requires moderate mechanical expertise to ensure that all of the components are properly secured to the Jeep.
