Description
Take Control of Your Large Off-Road Tires. Your factory gearbox may be fine for your stock and unmodified Jeep but not for lifted Jeeps sporting larger tires. To handle that kind of modification, you need the PSC Motorsports Cylinder Assist Steering Gearbox. This features the Ram Port Tower that helps take some of the torque load off the gearbox. With this gearbox installed on your lifted Jeep, you’ll be able to turn and handle those 35-inch or larger wheels with OEM-quality drivability.
Heavy Duty Steel and Smart Engineering. The PSC Motorsports Cylinder Assist Steering Gearbox is made of heavy-duty steel construction designed to handle the demands of off-roading. It comes with 35 mm sector shaft that’s a factory standard to prevent fitment issues. The 8 mm piston and internal gearbox components are manufactured using precision machining to provide optimal clearances for an almost friction-less operation.
Professional Installation. For best result, the manufacturer strongly suggests that you flush out the steering system before switching fluids. And since you’ll be installing the PSC Motorsports Cylinder Assist Steering Gearbox, the Swepco Power Steering Fluid is preferred. This steering fluid is formulated to work with all PCS steering systems.
PSC Motorsports Warranty Policy. The PSC Motorsports Cylinder Assist Steering Gearbox comes with a 12-month warranty covering material and workmanship defects. However, this coverage is applicable only to gearboxes that have been installed, used, and maintained properly.
