will it fit in a manual shift?

Review from M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal - Driver Side (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK w/ Automatic Transmission)

      Nice Feel

The install was easier than expected. The factory studs were plenty long enough (I saw this noted as a problem in another review). I did not need to unplug the door harness (there was enough slack to slide the pedal bracket behind it). I did not need the included bolts (the factory ones worked just fine). Nice feel while driving.

Review from M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal - Driver Side (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK w/ Automatic Transmission)

      Bolts are too short

The existing bolts that the chassis grounds are on are too short to go through the dead pedal mount and still have enough threads for the nuts to grab. If you tighten them good be prepared for them to strip. Serious design flaw.

Review from M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal - Driver Side (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK w/ Automatic Transmission)

      If you're short..

I really wanted this to work out even though I'd seen a couple reviews where people said it didn't work because of their height. I'm 5'5" and even after installing the pedal as close as possible, I can just barely reach it with my toes. As a travel nurse who is on the road a lot, this would have been nice to have. The product itself is good quality. Installation was very simple and took maybe 15 minutes to install.

      MORE Dead Pedal

I have found that the lack of a dead pedal causes my left foot to rest at a slight angle. On a long drive this actually gets uncomfortable. This pedal is easily installed, looks great and is far more comfortable.

      Awesome product

This was an easy upgrade. Great to have somewhere to place your feet. I thinks it’s worth the money. Gives support when sitting, with out the need to use your arm to maneuver your self.

      Solid pedal

This pedal is made of a nice, hefty chunk of steel. The multiple holes allow you to get it in just the right position. I let my 13 year old son install it, and even though he was taking his time to closely follow the instructions, he had it done in 20 minutes.

Review from M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal - Driver Side (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK w/ Automatic Transmission)

      Driver's Side Dead Pedal

Until I installed the Driver's side dead pedal last week, I constantly had a problem shifting my foot around to take the pressure off my left ankle due to the akward position it was in. I've always been accoustomed to have a place to prop my foot on long drives. The dead pedal as they say is just what the Doctor ordered. Now I'm thinking about getting one for the passenger side as well - Bobby from Snellville, GA

      Perfect place for your foot

Great pedal - well made and appears durable. Solves the problem of where to put the left foot when driving (especially long road trips). Super easy to install. Now just have to re-train the brain that I’m not in a stick-shift anymore with this vehicle.

Review from M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal - Driver Side (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK w/ Automatic Transmission)

Everyone should have one of these.

This was one of the first things I noticed was missing when driving a jk. Very well built and nicely powder coated. My only complaints are that the angle of the pedal could be better and it could be closer to the driver's seat. I have it mounted at the points that put it closest to the driver and it still feels a bit too far away. It sits right between the brake pedal and gas pedal for judgment on distance.
