      Merideth: Hey, guys, so today we're checking out the Mammoth 1.75-inch Billet Wheel Spacers in black, fitting all 2018 and newer JL Wranglers. So, if you are in search of a wider look for your JL, spacers are a great option, and this kit by Mammoth will be a solid choice to take a look at. Now, this kit will be one of the larger options in the category and come with two spacers in the kit, and will push your wheels out from the hub 1 and 3/4 inches, or 1.75 inches.Now, this size spacer will be for somebody who's looking to go more on the aggressive side with their stance, but doesn't necessarily want the largest option available, which is usually up around 2 inches. Now, this kit will also be a great pick if you've upgraded to a wider tire and you're having some rubbing issues inside the wheel well, and you're looking for an affordable fix to help with your fitment.I would like to mention that this will come with two spacers in the kit, so you will need to purchase two sets if you're looking to add these to all four corners. Now, these will have a 5 by 5 bolt pattern and work with either your stock wheels or any after-market wheels that you're looking to add, or you've already installed on your JL. Nonetheless, these will be very well-built, made of a CNZ machine billet aluminum construction with a semi-gloss, a black powder faux finish to protect the aluminum underneath from corroding.Now, this will also include 10 lug nuts. As you can see, they're pre-installed on the wheel spacers, and they're also going to include some thread locker to make sure that they are tightly secure once they're installed. And like I mentioned, these will be an incredibly affordable solution and one of your most affordable choices. Four wheel spacers coming in at roughly $100 for two. Now, if you are looking at a set of four, you will be looking at double that price point, but compared to some others in the category, you will still be saving a couple of bucks, even if you get two sets here.Now, in taking a look at some other options on the page, usually you'll see different sizes, including 1 and 1/4, 1 and 1/2, and 2 inches, will offer a less or a more aggressive stance in comparison to this one. It's 1.75 inches.Now, this, again, will be great for someone who's looking for a decent amount of width for a pretty wide look. Now, you'll also see some different-colored spacers available, but if you don't really care for a specific color and you're really just looking for one of the most-affordable options, this kit is going to be for you.Now, as far as install is concerned, this'll be a pretty easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, taking about an hour to get the job done with some pretty basic hand tools. Speaking of the install, one of our customers here has installed this on their JL and is gonna walk you through that process step by step. That wraps it up for me. Let's go ahead and get into the install.Man: Tool-wise, we need a 1/2 inch drive ratchet to pull the lug nuts off, a torque wrench up to 130 foot-pounds to re-torque everything. A 7/8ths, 1/2 inch drive deep well socket, and a 3/4-inch half-inch drive deep well socket, and a jack stand just for safety. So, we're gonna go ahead and jack the...actually we're gonna go ahead and break the lug nuts free before I jack everything up.Jack the jeep up. Let's see, the hard point, in this case, is in the bottom of the axle here. Because it's differential exhaust set, it's only gonna do the one side, really. I'll just throw a jack stand there for safety. Okay. All right, we're gonna take the lug nuts off. I'll just throw it aside. Take that one off. Okay. I'll check for fit here. Make sure everything lines up. Now, use this red LOCTITE, which is the strongest one. [inaudible 00:04:15] this LOCTITE's probably the name of it. This is actually just a threadlocker. Just stick it down there.Always start your lugs by hand, make sure you cross-thread. Then we're gonna tighten these in a star pattern until... There's one. Two. Four. And five. And now we're just ready to install the wheel. And then we start 'em by hand, so they don't cross-thread. As an added bonus Mammoth 1.75-inch Wheel Spacers will give your JL Wrangler a wider track for a more rugged appearance.

      Hub Centric Design. Mammoth's Billet Aluminum Wheel Spacers feature a Hub Centric design. This means that the center of the wheel spacer hub lines up exactly to the diameter of the axle hub giving you a perfect secure fit.
