Power Driven Design. The Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake System provides fresh, cold for your engine and thereby improves the power output, throttle response and engine sound. It involves three stages, the air inducer that sucks in fresh air, the air stabilizer to even air flow and the velocity stack that pressurizes air. The air then passes through the Mega Ram-tuned pipe that delivers the cold, dense air for the most effective way to gain horsepower and performance for those both on and off road.

Durable Construction. The Injen power-flow cold air intake system is crafted from aerospace-grade, light-weight, anti-corrosive, aluminum for superior strength and reliability. Finished with a surgical cotton gauze filter, this intake provides unrivaled filtration. It installs simply with common hand tools, with no extra modification to your Wrangler required. Injen backs this kit with their leading lifetime limited warranty, giving you full security in your Jeep's new intake.

Application. This polished Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake is designed for use on 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK models equipped with a V6 3.8L engine.

Review from Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake - Polished (12-18 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JK)

            Quality Product

Very happy with this purchase. Install took about a half hour. As others have noted only issues I ran into were getting the temp sensor out of the stock intake tube, be very careful not to break.I recommend unpluging the sensor first, take the tube out, then remove the sensor. The other issue I noted was in the install instructions and suggest you install the rubber boot to new intake tube first rather than the intake itself. By following the instructions in the order they gave, I was unable to get the boot on the new intake tube, as it kept sliding off. As far is performance and gas mileage, too new to tell. I do like the sound of the new intake under power

            There are better

For the price this is not a bad intake. It fits very tight to the hood. So no air can buy sucked in the top but sides and bottom are free. Would be better if it was not so tight to the hood. There are better intakes I've used before. Slight gain in milage with this. Louder intake sound when on the throttle.

Review from Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake - Polished (12-18 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JK)

Solid product with one "short" coming.

This is a solid, well made product with one small exception. The rubber boot that connects the intake tube to the throttle body is too short. When connecting the boot to the throttle body first and then trying to attach the tube, it would slip off when tightening the clamp. I had to attach the tube to the rubber boot first and then to the throttle body to keep the tube from slipping out. Injen should have made the rubber boot a little longer to eliminate this issue. The rest of the installation is simple. When installed, the intake looks and sounds great but I keep wanting to check the rubber boot to make sure it hasn't slipped off.
