Description
High-Performance Shock Absorber. The BDS NX2 Front Shock Absorber is engineered to enhance ride control and comfort for lifted Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT vehicles. It adapts seamlessly to varying on- and off-road terrain through velocity-sensitive valving, making it essential for Jeep owners seeking reliable suspension performance across diverse environments.
Construction and Appearance. Built with a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube system, this shock features a large fluon-banded piston with self-lubricating seals and a hardened 14mm chrome shaft to resist rock damage and corrosion. The shock boasts a durable metallic silver finish with NX2 branding for a clean and rugged look.
Installation. The NX2 shock is designed for straightforward replacement using the included polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves. No drilling is required, ensuring a moderate difficulty level appropriate for experienced users or professional installers.
Application. This shock is specifically engineered to fit the 2018-26 Jeep Wrangler JL, excluding the Rubicon 392 model due to fitment differences.
