    Review & Install Video

I'm Ryan, and this is my review of the Barricade floor mats, fitting all 2007 to 2016 JK's. Now the front floor mats will fit in both a two door and a four door, but the rear are body style specific, so make sure you get the right ones for your Jeep. Whether you take your Jeep off road on the muddy trails or it stays on road, keeping the interior clean is important to a lot of us. And while the carpet of the Jeep is removable, it takes a lot of effort to take it out, clean it, let it dry and put everything back together. It's much easier to have a rubber floor mat like this that you can pop out, hose off and reinstall easily. Aside from the protection aspect, these floor mats give a really clean and finished look to the interior. While the Barricade floor mats are a little less expensive than similar floor mats on the market, they're really high quality and they'll get the job done. Like I said before, these liners are designed to both protect the carpet and to look really good. In my opinion, they do a really nice job finishing off the look of the interior of the Jeep. They're made of a molded thermoplastic and they have sides and this tire tread pattern all to retain mud, dirt, melting snow and spills and keep everything off the carpet. My favorite part about these liners is that the fronts attach to the existing hooks on the factory carpet and the rear have studs on the bottom all to keep them in place. Those of you who have had floor liners that don't have any sort of retention will know that after a couple of times getting in and out of the vehicle, they'll move all around and they can even slide under the pedals, which is no fun. These will stay where you put them and that's a trait they share with a lot of more expensive liners on the market. Barricade designed all of these floor liners to fit all JK's built from 2007 up through 2016. There was a minor change in the floor design between 2013 and 2014, so some manufacturers will have different liners available for different year ranges. Installation for these could not be any easier. They are just floor mats after all. Barricade was nice enough to label these on the backside so you know exactly where they go in the Jeep. Now because these are designed to work in any JK built from 2007 to 2016, but the manufacturer moved around that hook on the carpet, these are punched out so they'll work in any year Jeep that you have. And Barricade was nice enough to include some block off plates so they'll fill in the holes that aren't being used. Right when you take these out of the box, especially when you go to install them in your Jeep, you can tell that they are both well designed and well built. The Barricade liners are less than half the cost of similar floor liners on the market. And while some of those other liners must have a little higher side and some minor cosmetic differences, it really comes down to how you're going to use your Jeep, what you want the product to do, and what your budget is for a part like a floor liner. In my opinion, you get a ton of value for the price and these are definitely going to get the job done. So in the end, these are a high quality floor liner that look good, fit well and most importantly, they're going to do a good job protecting the inside of your Jeep. In my opinion, for the price you really can't go wrong with these. So that's my review of the Barricade floor liners fitting all 2007 to 2016 JK's that you can find right here at ExtremeTerrain.com.

I just received these for my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited. The holes on the drivers side and passengers side mats don't line up with the buttons on the factory carpet. Arent these supposed to line up and "lock in" the new liners? Not sure why they don't. The overall fit of the front mats, as well as the back, does appear to be correct.

      Do not buy

Poor fit, will not snap into place. I adjusted The mats a little bit, but it appears the holes are not in the right spot. No wonder they were on sale. Recommend not to purchase go with either a higher quality product or the jeep rubber mats

      Pure junk

A year ago I bought these. Worked great for a while but the logo bolts underneath rust leaving permanent rust stains on your carpet. Save your money for weathertech or husky mats. Thanks barricade for the junk product!

      Good product

Have to push pretty hard to get them to snap onto the peg on the floorboard, but they stay in place and really cover the carpet. These are worthwhile, but I would avoid the rear seat mats.

      Not great rear fitment

Fronts are exactly what i was looking for. The rear one for my unlimited though is lacking. It doesn't utilize the floor buttons to hold it in place. So passengers tend to shove it forward over the plastic trim and both ends fly in the wind with doors off.

      Deep heavy duty floor matts

The matts are heavy duty and deep, will keep mud in them and protect your jeep. The driver side slides a bit and why I gave only 4 stars.

      Barricade Floor Liners

I rode around with them in the floorboards with the heat on to warm them up before attaching them to the retention pegs. They were not easy to install, but they are worth the trouble. I really like them and will be ordering the one for the cargo area.

      Good bang for the buck

I just received and installed these in my 2014 Unlimited Sahara. The fit is excellent and the mats look great with the black carpet and interior. My only complaint is the holes in the 2 front liners don't line up very well with the factory carpet tabs. They appear to be about 3/4" off, but I've gone ahead and installed them and will see if the liners settle into place.

      Good for the price...

Bought these to replace the cheap Pep Boys rubber mats i bought last year when i got my rig new from the dealer. The old mats were essentially useless, but they saved wear and tear on the factory carpets and mats. But they held no snow, dirt, or mud. The Barricade mats are a good option to the very pricey Weathertech mats, which i am sure are really nice, but my budget wouldn't allow. They came in flat boxes, and after removing the factory carpeted mats from the Jeep, these went in fine. The buttons that hold the mats are a little tricky to seat though, but after some massaging, all was good. The only issues i saw was that they are made from very tough plastic/rubber compound, so they don't lay perfectly flat when you first put them in, and as mentioned, the locking buttons are a little tricky to seat. Maybe it is better if they are warmed up first, maybe the warmer the compound, they might be easier to work with. Also, i suggest leaving them outside laying flat to air out for a few days. They have a really bad petroleum-based odor to them, and the off-gassing takes a while. After being left outside in the open air for about 5-7 days, they were okay to put in the vehicle. Then, after running the heat for a little while, they flattened out nicely and the smell is not that bad. I do indeed recommend the Barricade mats, as we had our first accumulating snow in Downstate NY last week, and they did a great job trapping the slushy mix. Much better than the old garbage i had in there....O|||||O
