Review & Install Video
I'm Ryan, and this is my review of the Barricade floor mats, fitting all 2007 to 2016 JK's. Now the front floor mats will fit in both a two door and a four door, but the rear are body style specific, so make sure you get the right ones for your Jeep. Whether you take your Jeep off road on the muddy trails or it stays on road, keeping the interior clean is important to a lot of us. And while the carpet of the Jeep is removable, it takes a lot of effort to take it out, clean it, let it dry and put everything back together. It's much easier to have a rubber floor mat like this that you can pop out, hose off and reinstall easily. Aside from the protection aspect, these floor mats give a really clean and finished look to the interior. While the Barricade floor mats are a little less expensive than similar floor mats on the market, they're really high quality and they'll get the job done.Like I said before, these liners are designed to both protect the carpet and to look really good. In my opinion, they do a really nice job finishing off the look of the interior of the Jeep. They're made of a molded thermoplastic and they have sides and this tire tread pattern all to retain mud, dirt, melting snow and spills and keep everything off the carpet. My favorite part about these liners is that the fronts attach to the existing hooks on the factory carpet and the rear have studs on the bottom all to keep them in place. Those of you who have had floor liners that don't have any sort of retention will know that after a couple of times getting in and out of the vehicle, they'll move all around and they can even slide under the pedals, which is no fun. These will stay where you put them and that's a trait they share with a lot of more expensive liners on the market.Barricade designed all of these floor liners to fit all JK's built from 2007 up through 2016. There was a minor change in the floor design between 2013 and 2014, so some manufacturers will have different liners available for different year ranges. Installation for these could not be any easier. They are just floor mats after all. Barricade was nice enough to label these on the backside so you know exactly where they go in the Jeep. Now because these are designed to work in any JK built from 2007 to 2016, but the manufacturer moved around that hook on the carpet, these are punched out so they'll work in any year Jeep that you have. And Barricade was nice enough to include some block off plates so they'll fill in the holes that aren't being used. Right when you take these out of the box, especially when you go to install them in your Jeep, you can tell that they are both well designed and well built. The Barricade liners are less than half the cost of similar floor liners on the market. And while some of those other liners must have a little higher side and some minor cosmetic differences, it really comes down to how you're going to use your Jeep, what you want the product to do, and what your budget is for a part like a floor liner. In my opinion, you get a ton of value for the price and these are definitely going to get the job done. So in the end, these are a high quality floor liner that look good, fit well and most importantly, they're going to do a good job protecting the inside of your Jeep. In my opinion, for the price you really can't go wrong with these. So that's my review of the Barricade floor liners fitting all 2007 to 2016 JK's that you can find right here at ExtremeTerrain.com.
