The Apex Chassis 2.5-Ton Tie Rod Assembly; Steel is a robust steering component designed as a complete replacement kit for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models equipped with narrow Dana 30 axles. It improves steering performance and durability by providing precision-engineered components for reliable vehicle handling.

      Construction and Appearance. Fabricated with SAE 1045 solid steel for the housing and SAE 4140 chromoly for ball studs, this assembly features CNC machined parts and induction heat treatment for superior strength. Finished with a durable black e-coating, it combines metal-to-metal bearings with durable CR rubber accordion boots for lasting protection in harsh environments.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, suitable for professional mechanics and enthusiasts familiar with steering systems. The pre-threaded zerk fittings simplify maintenance by allowing easy greasing of critical components.
