Precision Tie Rod Upgrade. The Apex Chassis 2.5-Ton Tie Rod Assembly; Black Aluminum provides a durable steering linkage designed to replace the factory tie rod and adjusting sleeve assembly for Jeep Wrangler JL Dana 30 or narrow axle models and Gladiator JT vehicles. This kit enhances steering system strength and longevity for both off-road and on-road driving.
Construction and Appearance. It features a SAE 1045 forged steel housing combined with SAE 4140 chromoly hot-forged ball studs that are induction heat-treated for superior strength. The single-piece tie rod and adjusting sleeve is crafted from black anodized 7075-T6 aluminum, offering a balance of lightweight durability. Tie rod ends have a black e-coated finish to resist corrosion.
Installation. Installation generally requires no drilling and fits stock Dana 30 axles directly. Comprehensive instructions are included to facilitate proper replacement by both enthusiasts and professional installers.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and premature wear under normal use.
