It improves steering reliability and durability, especially for lifted vehicles, by providing stronger forged steel ends and precision-machined aluminum adjusting sleeves. This kit ensures better control and longevity for off-road and lifted applications.

Construction and Appearance. The kit features SAE 1045 forged solid steel housings and SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs that are induction heat treated for maximum strength. All hardware is grade 8 class 10.9 with an electrochemical Ecoat finish on the tie rod and drag link ends. The adjusting sleeves are polished aluminum, offering both durability and a refined aesthetic. High-quality CR rubber accordion boots provide excellent protection against environmental factors, ensuring long service life.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and offers options for either under or over knuckle mount configurations. Flip kits are recommended for lift heights of 3.5 inches or greater. The flip kit requires drilling a 7/8-inch hole through the knuckle drag link mount to accommodate the taper sleeve.
