      Description

      Freshen up Your Gears. As you drive, the gears inside your differential carrier constantly grind against each other. The friction created leads to wear, which affects operation and means you don’t get as much power to the ground as you should. Happily, you can return all of your gears to their original performance level with Yukon’s Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit. Compatible with stock front Dana 30 axles with 27 splines, this kit provides everything you need to conduct a full refresh.

      Better Than OEM. It’s not enough for Yukon to follow OEM guidelines when creating these parts. Instead, they use materials that create stronger gears than your stock parts, ensuring more reliable and long-lasting operation.

      Direct Installation. This kit comes with everything you need for a full installation. This includes a pair of side gears and 2 pinion gear. Spider gear thrust washers are provided, as are a cross pin bolt and shaft. You also receive 10 replacement bolts so you don’t have to use your existing parts.

      A Year of Protection. Don’t worry about manufacturing or material flaws. Yukon’s 1-Year guarantee has you covered because it allows you to return any parts that have manufacturing defects.

      Application. This Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit is designed for use with the 2007-2018 models of the Jeep Wrangler. It’s compatible with the standard open differentials included in these vehicles. The kit does not work with Rubicon variants of the Wrangler.

      Installation Difficulty. Fitting every part in this kit typically takes between 4-6 hours. Advanced mechanical knowledge is required if you choose not to work with a professional technician.
