After many years on the trail, a fair number of YJ Jeep Wrangler antennas are snapped off or damaged, but high quality aftermarket replacements are readily available today. You can easily get a 37 inch fixed mast antenna, with a 5-year warranty, to replace the stock antenna with one indistinguishable from it visually. A co-ax cable for CB radio setup is readily added to any YJ Wrangler, and is made with a flexible polyvinyl core for easy routing, plus 95% shielding coverage. Several FireStik CB antennas are also available for citizen band users, providing great reception while resisting damage thanks to their flexible, hard to snap fiberglass core.
