    Improve Steering. If you're experiencing shaky steering or if your Wrangler vibrates or wanders down the road it may be time to replace your damaged or worn out Drag Link to Pitman Arm Tie Rod End. Installing a new replacement Tie Rod End will greatly improve your Jeeps steering and ride quality. This OPR Drag Link to Pitman Arm Tie Rod End is designed to be a direct fit replacement for YJ and TJ models that are still equipped with the factory steering components.

    Superior Construction. These replacement OPR tie rod housings are forged and then heat-treated to obtain the most desirable grain structure for unequaled strength and durability. Featuring a patented cover-plate design that sandwiches the full-ball stud between the upper and lower bearings to eliminate axial clearance “lash”, this design consistently produces just the right amount of preload, providing proper steering effort over the life of the part.

    Greaseable Seals. The OPR Replacement Tie Rod Seals are made from a premium polychloroprene compound that can easily withstand dirt, abrasion, and temperature extremes. These seals also feature a grease relief valve so that debris can easily be flushed out when serviced to help prevent contamination for a longer life.

    Straight Forward Installation. OPR designed their Drag Link to Pitman Arm Tie Rod End to be a direct fit replacement for the factory tie rod end. Using basic hand tools, this Tie Rod End can be install in about 2-3 hours with no modifications required. Please note that an alignment is highly recommended after installation.

    Application. This OPR Replacement Drag Link to Pitman Arm Tie Rod End is designed to be a direct fit replacement for 1991-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models with factory steering components. Sold individually.

            Death wobble no more!!! At 45 mph my Wrangler would start to hit death wobble. I did some research and decided to replace my tie rod ends. Sure enough, it did the job!! They look great and durable. I got better steering control. Great product!

            Don't Forget to Grease after Installation

            This tie rod end has left handed threads that screw into the adjustment sleeve. It fit into the pitman arm and adjustment sleeve with no problems. You will need to screw in the included grease zerk. Don't forget to grease it after you install the tie rod end because it is shipped dry. Otherwise you will be replacing it much sooner than you would like. Also, make sure your steering wheel is straight when you are turning the adjustment sleeve otherwise your wheel may be crooked driving down the road. Total time to install and grease was 30 minutes.

            Don't forget to grease after installing.

            It fit well into the stock pitman arm and the into the rough country dropped pitman. Just remember the threads are left-handed that go into the adjustment sleeve, to install the grease zerk and to grease the tie rod after installation.
