Responsive Control in a Slim Form Factor. This tuner combines a new slim form factor with a bright 5-inch multi-color display. This display is equipped with highly responsive touch screen controls with edge-to-edge swipe technology that makes operation easier and even fun. What’s more, this device comes with a wide range of background designs and gauge styles, letting you customize its interface.
Read and Clear DTCs. If you’re not a fan of blinking check engine lights then this device is just for you. More to the point, this device also allows you to read and clear any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in your dash. That said, if you’re experiencing a persistent check engine light, this could be an indication of a more serious issue and you should have your ride checked immediately.
Optimize Your Upgrades. One significant issue with giving your Wrangler an axle/gear swap or new larger off-road tires and wheels is this can mess up your speedometer. Specifically, these upgrades can cause your speedometer to provide your ECU with inaccurate speed readings which in turn can alter your ride’s shift points. With this tuner installed in your Jeep, you can now modify your speedometer, thus optimizing your new upgrades for improved performance.
Effective Performance Tunes. This tuner will also provide your Jeep with four effective – and practical – tunes namely Crawl, 87 Octane, 91 Octane, and a Superchips tune. Moreover, these tunes provide you with between 17 to 29 horsepower and 18 to 37 foot-pounds of torque. This translates to increased off-road capability and on-road performance.
Dedicated CRAWL Screen. What makes this tuner unique is its novel CRAWL screen. Once accessed, this screen holds all off-road specific parameters, permitting you to set up your ride for the trails much faster. These off-road parameters include the sway bar disconnect, TPMS adjustment, and engine idle up.
