Description
Reliable Construction. The Steinjager Rear Sway Bar Package for 6 in. Lift will sizably replace your Wrangler's stock sway bar to provide heightened handling. The spherical rod ends are made from solid chromoly for a reliable construction that is complemented by its durable polished chrome finish. The included hex adjustors are powdercoated black.
Solid Performance. This sway bar is considerably oversized when you compare it to the factory one. It measures 1.050 inches OD (outside diameter) with a 0.109-inch wall. Upon installing, it is not difficult to see the difference in control and handling - especially when it comes to daily driving. This version is manufactured for Jeeps with a 6-inch suspension to reduce body roll caused by driving a lifted vehicle on the streets.
Intermediate Install. For this installation, you will need a set of jacks and basic hand tools. You will be working underneath the vehicle and should have intermediate-level knowledge of car mechanics to perform this install. Total installation time is estimated at around an hour's time, give or take.
Limited Warranty. Steinjager backs all of its products with a Limited Warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for up to 12 months from the initial purchase date. The mail-in warranty card must be received by a Steinjager dealer within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply. Application. The Steinjager Rear Sway Bar Package for 6 in. Lift will fit all 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
Note. Steinjager recommends that you disconnect this rear sway bar prior to any serious rock crawling or off-roading. Otherwise, because of the larger diameter, articulation will be reduced and hinder your off-road adventures.
