The Skid Row Off-Road Engine/Transmission Skid Plate; 20-Inch is designed to protect the engine oil pan, transmission, and front exhaust components on your Jeep TJ Wrangler during off-road use. It shields critical components from impacts and debris, enabling confident trail driving and reducing repair risks.

      Construction and Appearance. This skid plate is constructed from heavy-duty 1/4 inch thick steel that is laser-cut and CNC folded for precise fitment and strength. It features a semi-gloss black powder coat finish that provides a durable, corrosion-resistant surface designed to withstand abrasive trail conditions.

      Installation. Designed for a bolt-on setup, installation requires drilling two holes through the transfer case skid plate. The process is straightforward for those with basic mechanical skills but does involve permanent modifications.

      Warranty. The skid plate carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser.

      Application. Specifically engineered for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models equipped with the 4.0L six cylinder engine and fitted with long arm suspension. It is not compatible with aftermarket exhaust headers routed under the engine or transmission.
