Hey, what's up guys? I'm Ryan from ExtremeTerrain. And today I'm here with Rally Tops Two Piece Slant back hard-top for your '07 to '18 Wrangler JKU. This is gonna be a great upgrade for anyone that daily drives their Jeep all year round and is looking for a more comfortable ride as well as prefers the look of a fastback top over that square stock top. Not only is this gonna be much quieter than a soft top, it's gonna be quieter than other hard tops due to the carpeted insulation. This is gonna add some security to your Jeep as well as some privacy due to the 31% tint [SP]. This is gonna not only keep you warmer in winter times, it's gonna keep you cooler in the summer. This is gonna be your most affordable option on the site at under $2,500. And as far as install goes, I'm gonna give this a one out of three wrenches since you can install this with a friend in about an hour using simple hand tools. With that being said, let's hop into the install. So we need to begin this installation by removing our factory top. Since this has a soft top, we're gonna start by unzipping these rear windows. Next we're gonna take our rear window out. Next we'll need to take our tailgate bar retainers off. So we're just gonna pull up on the backside of that and then that'll release that and then you take it off. Same thing goes for the other side, you just pry up on the back and then it'll unclip on the front. So from the inside of the Jeep, next we're gonna pull our visors down and we're gonna unlatch the front of the top on both sides. So now that we have the soft top unlatched from the front, we're gonna go ahead and flip the Sunrider feature back and then we'll get some more of this disconnected. Next we're gonna press down on this lever. This is gonna release this latch so we can flip the rest of this back. Do the same thing for the other side. So next step we're gonna pull back on this, disconnect these ends, then we'll flip the whole assembly back and then we can remove it. So if you have an earlier model, you may have a different setup with some spring assists so you may have extra things to disconnect. However, this just has this here and then we'll able to remove the whole assembly. You're gonna do the same thing for the other side. So now that we have both of those bolts out of that bracket, they're just gonna slide up and off and then we can pull this whole soft top off. I'm gonna open this rear door. The next step we're gonna remove our door surrounds. We have three knobs here that we're gonna have to unscrew and pull out. If you have a hard top, you're not gonna have these. However, since this is a soft top, we're gonna remove it. So once you have all those knobs out, we're gonna go ahead and pull this front section out first. Then open that door for the rear. Then we can pull this off. We're gonna do the same thing for the other side. So now that our top is completely off, we're ready to install the new Rally Tops hard top. Now you can remove the rear tire and tire carrier. However, we're just gonna open the rear window on this and then I'll have someone help me go around that and put that on the vehicle. So now that we have the hard top on, next is to install the provided hardware. So we're gonna use the six long bolts that are provided with a washer on each and then we have these threaded plates. These are gonna go under the tub of the Jeep and then we'll drop the bolts through. There's gonna be three on each side. So we'll get all six of those in then do the two in the front. So you're gonna have little cutout areas here. We're just gonna slide this threaded plate under and then the bolt is gonna drop down through and then we'll just screw it into that plate. We're gonna do the same thing for the other side. So after you get the six bolts on the inside, we're gonna install the two shorter bolts that are provided with washers into these two front holes on either side. Once you have all eight of those bolts in, you're gonna go around and tighten them up with a half-inch socket. After that, you wanna check to make sure that all your doors close and your hatch closes. If anything's touching or binding, you can go around and loosen them up and readjust them. So we're gonna do the same thing for the six inside ones. So before we get our front section on, we're gonna need to switch out the latch plates. Rally Tops provides us with new latch plates that are gonna reuse the factory bolts. So we'll just need to take these latches off and switch them out. So we're gonna reuse our factory hardware and we're gonna angle this bend outward and we'll use a T25 Torx. Gonna do the same thing for the other side. So now that we have our brackets installed, we're ready to install our front section. I'm gonna make sure that all these cam locks are open so when we put it on, it's not gonna scratch or ding anything up. So we're gonna push this tab down on the back here. This is gonna allow this center section to come out and that's gonna clamp it. And then that'll lock once it's fully shut. So we're gonna do the same thing for the other side. We're gonna push that down. That's gonna release the lock. So we're gonna start with this middle one. You're gonna do the same thing. Press down on this latch. That's going to release that. Now if you find that these are not long enough, you can unscrew them and then tighten this jam nut up. Well, that wraps up my review and install.
