Replace your engine's existing, blocked exhaust manifolds with these high-quality Rugged Ridge manifolds. They channel exhaust gases through multiple flanges and increase the rate at which the gases move through the cylinder head's combustion chamber. These welded header flanges retain the exhaust heat and improve air flow in the combustion chamber for enhanced engine performance.

    Rugged Durability. Made from high-quality 409 stainless steel, the Jeep Wrangler JK exhaust header delivers durable performance. It features fully welded flanges that withstand hot exhaust gases.

      Improved performance

      Have an ‘11 JKU with 150k miles. Replaced entire exhaust system after manifolds cracked using these headers since we have an aftermarket cool air intake system and added roughly 30hp. After tuning the system for these, Jeep runs like a champ and is peppy again. Couple of downsides is the amount of heat these radiate. Had to wrap them to insulate and order longer spark plugs. After tuning, have to use premium fuel ( .60/gal) so it’s about and extra $8-$10/tank now but worth it on the added performance.

      Worst purchase for my Jeep

      Keeps burning my #4 wire. I've tried everything to keep it from happening, but these were absolutely terrible. I was not able to return this either and I have a passenger side completely unused.

      Go Gibson not cheap

      Did hard side first(passenger). Most removal of engine bay parts. Went smooth. Got done in about 2 hrs. Drivers side(easy) not! First one of the tubes was slightly pre-dented for me on arrival. Didn't think it was enough to mess with flow. So I proceeded. Also that was the side my manifold was cracked on. Massively too. Be very careful when removing bolts. Rear top snapped right off! Nightmare! Then on install only four of the bolts would even line up. Awesome quality control! I cannot express how much heat is generated by these things either. You will have to vent your hood! Good luck fellow Jeepers.
