Would these work with the Olympic 4x4 V Safari Door Kits?
The Rugged Ridge Door Latch Set would not work with the Olympic 4x4 Tube doors without modification to allow these a place to mount on those doors.
How do you get replacement keys if they have been lost?
Hello, unfortunately we only sell the complete Latches with Keys set. If you would want replacement keys, it may only be possible through the Manufacture.

Disappointed in Quality Control by Rugged Ridge
If everything had been perfect on the doors I would have been extremely happy and rated them 5 stars. Unfortunately I had 3 major problems with the doors and they are all quality control issues with Rugged Ridge and no fault of Extreme Terrain. First both door handles were damaged and bent and had to be replaced by Extreme Terrain, who did a great job on the return. Once I got the new handles and installed them I put the doors on the jeep. The driver's side tube door hinge pin(s) must have been bend a tad or wielded on a tad off as it wouldn't slide all the way down into the hinges on the jeep. I had to tap it down with a rubber mallet, and later use the rubber mallet to get it off. The passenger door was fine, it slid right on the jeep hinges. After installing the tube doors I was able to get a better look at them and I noticed the finish on a couple places on both doors was flawed. I'm not sure how the finish is applied to the tube doors but it looks like part of the finish was rubbed off while it was still wet. It looks similar to when wet paint is smudged before it has dried. Between the door handles, the hinge issue and the finish issue I'm very disappointed in Rugged Ridge. All three of these problems should have been identified and addressed before the doors left the factory. I'm sure Extreme Terrain would let me return them and ship me out another set, but it's such a hassle to return Internet purchases and there is no guarantee a new set of doors would have the same or similar issues, so it's not worth the headache. For the price of these doors, there shouldn't be problems like this. (The one door handle was so damaged it wouldn't even open. It was also so bent I had to beat it out with a hammer to get it off the door. I have no idea how anyone was able to get it installed originally at the factory. And no this damage was not done during the shipping.)
