Construction. Sold as a pair, these ¾ inch D-shackles by Rugged Ridge are strong and sturdy, and resist all kinds of corrosion. Their natural stainless steel finish gives them a glistening, silvery panache, too. These connections are well suited to rigging up cables for a vehicle recovery, as well as connecting chains, cables, ropes, straps, and other fastenings in many different situations on the adventurous trail.
Specs. These D-shackles are made out of high quality stainless steel, and will therefore resist corrosion and rust even in the grimy, wet conditions found during off-roading. The pin of these D-shackles measures ¾ inch and their working load limit (WLL) is 9,500 pounds.
