    Description

    Direct Fit Replacement. The Rubicon Express Automatic Transmission Skid Plate will keep your Jeep's vulnerable undercarriage safe, by providing durable protection for your transfer case, oil pan and fuel tank. It is manufactured from precision CNC laser cut 3/16-inch steel with a durable black powdercoated finish for added durability. The high, tight mounting design method provides protection, while maximizing ground clearance. This plate works with all Rubicon Express suspension systems.

    Ride Improvements. Aside from just protecting your automatic transmission, this skid plate reduces obstacle hangups and improves your Jeep's slide over terrain. It will give you confidence to tackle the toughest terrains out there, as it is made to withstand the hazards of offroad and daily driving alike.

    Moderate Install. This product is categorized as having a moderate level of difficulty and requires an intermediate level of mechanical skill to install. The Rubicon Express skid plate uses your Jeep's existing hardware and fasteners. No cutting or modifications are needed. Total installation time is estimated to be 2 hours.
