What's in the Kit. The Rough Country 6-inch X-series Suspension Lift Kit includes front and rear lifted coil springs, upper and lower adjustable control arms with X-Flex joints and stainless steel brake lines. It also has an adjustable track bar, a pitman arm, a track bar bracket, a track bar drop bracket, coil correction plates, sway bar links and quick disconnects.

Simple Installation. It features a simple 100 percent bolt-on mechanism that does not require fender trimming.

Reliable Components. The high-performance 2.2 shocks in this Jeep Wrangler JK lift kit minimizes bumps even when you're driving through rough terrains. The included coil correction plates correct the rear coil angle by 10 degrees to enhance the performance of the rear coil springs. The fully re-buildable X-flex control arms in this jeep suspension lift kit let you adjust the pinion angle of the axles to offer perfect articulation that ensures smooth off-road ride.

Application. This Rough Country lift kit is designed for 2007-2018 Wrangler JK 4 Door models.

    Technical Notes:

  • Drive-shafts are available from Rough Country. The stock drive-shafts DO NOT have enough range of motion, thus the shaft joints bottom out and damage will occur. The stock shafts can NOT be used and new yoke style shafts are necessary. Additionally on 2012-2018 JK's Exhaust spacer kit J12153 is required with this lift.
  • Upon completing the install of this kit the draglink must be adjusted to center the steering wheel BEFORE the vehicle is driven. Failure to do so will cause a computer error, odd handling, and poor performance.
  • Freight Notes. Freight items can only be shipped within the continental 48 states, no expedited methods.

            gives you some clarity

the lift went on really smoothly and I was surprised. Especially sense one I was by my self and two it was my first time installing a real lift. youtube got me through it !!! so first the intrusions and pictures rough country send is straight garbage !!!! lets get some stuff straight that one extreme terrain doesn't address.......if you have a 4 door and want this can run it without front and rear drive shaft extensions. I ordered mine when I got the lift but left the stock ones on just to see whats up, you can do it but the angel that its at is horrible!! and don't expect it to last long. as for the exhaust extension .....I order one too just to be safe. if you get new drive shafts you Dont need a exhaust spacer...all it does is push the mid pipe up against the middle frame support to give the stock drive shaft more room at full extension. sure you can run both but unnecessary. hope that saves you some money and time on google. ride quality - with the tires I run (open country m/t 35x12.5x17) jeep loves to wonder on the rode...take it with a grain of salt cause the rode's out where I live are easily comparable to something in the middle east . off rode- amazing....I think the shocks are great, zero complaints. but that doesn't mean I wont be upgrading to some premium fox shocks in the future...piggy bank is only so big!

            Great kit overall

Great kit overall. Shipping was quick and installation and instructions were on point. Overall the installation isn't too difficult with the right tools and a basic knowledge of how your steering and suspension work. The ride is nice considering how much bigger and stronger the new springs are but keep in mind it won't drive like it used to, it's now a beast.

            Great product!

seems to be a well built lift but needs a bit better(details) instructions so you don't have to back track on installation.
