I have 2 inch lift on my jeep will these fit with that? Will the half inch really make a difference

    • The Rough Country 2.5 in. Suspension Lift Kit without Shocks will lift the Jeep approximately 2.5" by replacing the springs. New shocks are required with this kit. If your current lift uses springs to increase the height, it will not work in conjunction with this, but can still reuse shocks and most other parts.

i have 2 inches of suspension on my jeep. will these be able to fit?

    • Hello, by adding these coil springs, you will have to remove your current springs that are giving you the 2 inches of lift, and by adding these springs you will now have 2.5 inches of lift.

      2.5" lift

Parts are high quality and was easy to install, only took a little less than 3 hours in my driveway. Leveled out my 2003 and looks great. Stability on turns wasn't diminished at all. Never had a death wobble prior, but did after installing. I also had a rear drive shaft vibration. Easy fix though, I called extreme and ordered a new tracking bar and adjustable cams for the rear control arms. As soon as I get them, it'll be perfect. I highly recommend if the lift kit is purchased, get the 1.5"-4" adjustable tracking bar and adjustable cams. I wish I could have forseen that I needed them, I would have bought it all at the same time and saved myself the week wait.

      Spring install

Springs are great. Helped smooth out the ride. Took an few hours more than the video. Be sure to get the spring compresser shown. The two single bolt type make it harder.

      Suspension lift

The 2.5 suspension lift was an easy install. This was my first time install and the ride feels good. With the 2.5 I didn't encounter any problems with vibrations or needing additional hardware. It really looks and feels good. Very happy with my new suspension and the price was very affordable.

      Very happy with the product

Easy to install took about 3 hours make sure to have a spring compressor. Also doesn’t hurt to get the transfer case drop to make sure there’s no drive line vibes. Rides very good and the springs are strong enough to keep it from sagging with winch bumpers.

      2.5 rough country springs

I purchased these springs to replace the 2 inch coil spring spacers that came with my TJ. I measured the frame height before removing the 2 inch spaceres, and the same spots after installing the 2.5 inch springs. I lost a half of an inch of lift with the new springs in the front. And gained 1 inch in the rear. I know the rear will settle a little but the front isn’t going to get any higher. I’m a little disappointed that I lost height on the front and plan on putting a spacer to level everything out.
