How to Install RedRock 4x4 Billet Grille Inserts on your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ

***It is recommended to use Loctite on all hardware to resist loosening due to vibration***

Lay the billet grilles down and install the supplied hardware as shown.  Do not fully tighten the hardware at this point, it will need to be loose in order to place the grilles inside the factory grille.

Starting at one side of the grille, tighten the lower hardware assembly and install as shown below.  Reach through the next grille opening and flip the upper mounting tab over the factory grille and tighten using a Phillips head screwdriver and 7mm socket or wrench.

Install the six outer most grilles leaving the center grille opening for last.  For the final center grille insert, tighten the lower hardware assembly and place the grille in the opening.   Reach through the hole in the radiator support and flip the upper mounting tab into position.   Tighten the upper mounting tab to complete the installation.
