Premium Quality Replacement Shock. This Rancho RS7MT Front Monotube Shock for Stock Height will replace your CJ's old shock without modifying the height, so you maintain ride quality and handling. Whether you drive on or off the road, this shock will have your back every time.
Superior Features. This shock is designed specifically for this application, with the Deflective Disc Valving optimized to provide the best performance for your vehicle. The nitrogen gas charge and full-floating dividing piston prevent fade, while the internal rebound bumper and shouldered rubber bushings reduce vibrations and noise. Additionally, the PTFE-banded piston provides a smoother ride regardless of road or trail conditions.
Built for Performance. The large 2-inch monotube body is designed to keep operating temperatures down for better vehicle control. Its 14mm hardened chrome piston rod resists corrosion and ensures a smooth action, while the integrated dirt wiper keeps contaminants out. And with the distinctive red Rancho logo on a black satin finish, there's no mistaking which high-quality shock is supporting your Jeep.
Direct Installation. This shock fits directly in place of the old shock using the factory mounting points. There's no need for installing sleeves or extra hardware, making the installation process straightforward.
