Description
Monitor, Don't Guess. Oil just might be the most important ingredient to making your engine run properly. Sure you need gas but maintaining lubrication throughout your engine is critical and without it, all you have is a big block of metal. It is unfortunate that most modern cars and trucks just have a very nebulous gauge, if they have one at all. Then of course there is the dreaded oil light. If that comes on, you are already too late, especially if you are using your Jeep in any performance manner out on the trail. You need to be able to properly monitor the oil pressure so that you can be sure your engine is running at peak performance. To conduct that monitoring properly you need to install the Prosport White Electrical LED Oil Pressure Gauge. With this gauge installed you will know exactly how well your engine is lubricated in real time.
Accuracy Counts. This Prosport White LED Oil Pressure Gauge is electrically powered and monitors your oil pressure through a sending unit (included) that you install either directly into the block or with Prosport's Oil Filter Adapter Plate (sold separately). The real time pressure is shown on the white LED lit pressure gauge that can give reading from 0 to 150 psi.
Straight Forward Installation. Understanding where to mount the sender and then plumbing the electrical and gauge cables is a straight forward task if you are comfortable working on cars and have the proper tools. If not it is recommended that you take this part to a certified mechanic to have it properly installed.
