Looks good and works like a charm

I didn't need the bracket for my 2012 JK. You can mount it to the factory brackets. I get much less steering shimmy and bump steer now. Did new tires and alignment at the same time.

        Feels, Looks Good

I didn't have an issue with the old steering stabilizer, but I bought this after getting my OME 2" lift. Installation wasn't bad. It matches the shocks on my lift and steering feel was slightly improved.

        4 2017 Wrangler - TylerM

        Works good

Took away the bump steer in my 17 JK with 315/70-17 tires on a 3.5” lift. I have the steering stabilizer relocation bracket, the only problem I had was the sleeve wasn’t bored out enough for a 1/2” carriage bolt to go through. I had to take about an hour of drilling it out in a vise. Otherwise it is much bigger than stock. Works well.

        4 2008 Wrangler - ZakR

        Worth the money

I read up on several steering stabilizers before deciding on the one I wanted to purchase. The OME took away most of the steering issues I was having, making it a lot fun to drive. It was easy to install and helps me keep my 35’s on the road.

        4 2014 Wrangler - MarkC

        Worth It?

Easy install, looks great, and provides a smooth experience. I would say it is worth the cost. But for me it was the replacement match for my AEV package so I wanted to keep it original.

        Smooth on and off road

This stabilizer is superbly engineered to fit the JK Jeep and provides enough dampening for those oversize tires. Extreme Terrain!

        OME steering stablizer

Had a Rancho that I would have shimmy when hit bumps. With OME that problem is gone.

        5 2009 Wrangler - TannerD

        No More wobles or shakes!

Bolts right into factory brackets takes about 15-20 minutes. Much stronger than the stock stabilizer. Great quality at a great price.

Your website is telling me I need to order a relocation bracket, but you don't carry it? I don't understand that...

      • Unfortunately, the Old Man Emu Steering Stabilizer does require the Bracket (part # FK50 ) for installation and we do not currently carry that item.

This ss Pull left like another ss? (e.g. Fox) I have Fox ss but I am not happy with it because the pulling left is vivid. I want a new ss without pulling!

      • Thank you for your question! The steering stabilizer should not cause any pull in the steering. I would recommend to check your tie-rods, and even get an alignment.
