Construction and Appearance. This corner armor is crafted from 3/16" thick aluminum or steel plate, precision laser cut and CNC formed to accurately fit the complex curves of the JLU body. Each piece is hand-welded in the USA and shipped in bare metal condition, ready for custom powder coating to enhance durability and aesthetics.

Installation. Installation requires drilling and the placement of rivnuts on the vehicle body tub for secure mounting. Some minor hand fitting or trimming may be necessary to accommodate factory manufacturing tolerances and ensure proper fitment.
