Recessed Winch Protection. The Motobilt Crusher Series Front Bumper; Bare Steel is designed to provide exceptional front-end protection and recovery capability for Jeep JK and JKU models. It securely mounts a winch recessed low between the frame rails while integrating a skid plate to protect critical components during off-road use.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16-inch thick high strength steel plate, this bumper is precision laser cut and CNC bent to exact specifications. It features robust 3/4-inch-thick laser cut D-ring mounts welded inside and out for superior strength. The product ships in raw steel and requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust, allowing for customizable finishing.

Installation. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade using factory mounting points; minor trimming of the crash bar and slight enlargement of mounting holes may be required. Moderate mechanical skill is recommended for installation. No new holes need to be drilled for mounting.

Application and Fitment. Fits 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models. It is compatible with all factory sway bars including Rubicon and Anti-Rock, except the Teraflex S/T dual rate front sway bar system. Models from 2012 and newer require a vacuum pump relocation bracket with removal of the factory bracket. This bumper does not fit Super Winch EXP or offset winches such as the Warn 9.5 TI series.
