Construction and Appearance. Precision CNC cut from 1/8-inch aluminum, this fuel cell is formed on a press brake and TIG welded to ensure superior strength and durability. The mounting components include a laser-cut steel under-tank plate and formed 18 gauge steel clamp bodies, offering robust support. The bare aluminum finish gives it an industrial and functional appearance, complemented by a large D-ring style cap for convenient access.

Installation. The tank mounts inside the Jeep’s rear bed using the included steel mounting plate and clamp bodies to ensure a secure fit. While no modifications to the tank or fuel pump clamping ring are generally required, 2006 TJ fuel pumps may need slight trimming. Mounting brackets may require welding to the vehicle frame for added security, depending on the application and installer preferences.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ and LJ, as well as JK and JKU models, this fuel cell installs only in the Jeep bed and does not mount between frame rails or behind the factory seat.
