Designed to work with MORryde's heavy duty hinges, this Reinforcement Kit will help prevent damages to your tailgate from trail bumps. Its ideal for those with oversized spare tires, standing up to the extra weight where your factory equipment will eventually warp and fail. This kit will work with factory spare tire carriers, as well as most aftermarket options, allowing you to keep your current tire mount for a practical upgrade.

Durable Construction. This Reinforcement Kit is laser cut and welded to ensure reliable, rigid strength. It features a unique design that reinforces your JK's entire spare tire mount, absorbing hard hits to prevent your tailgate from breaking and warping. It is finished in a tough black powder coat for corrosion resistance and the tough styling you're used to.

Installation. This Tire Carrier Reinforcement Kit is designed for installation with MORryde's Heavy Duty Tailgate Hinge Set (sold separately.) No drilling, modification or special tools is required. You'll have all the hardware you need for installation, allowing for a straight forward process to get you out of the garage and back on the trail faster.
