Description
Efficient Crankcase Vapor Management. The Moroso Air/Oil Separator captures excess crankcase vapors, oil mist, and moisture before they reenter the intake tract. This helps prevent detonation and the formation of harmful oil deposits in the intake and valves, while maintaining intercooler efficiency in equipped vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. The separator features a billet aluminum body with internal baffling and mesh media, engineered for durability and optimal performance. It includes heavy-duty brass inlet and outlet fittings, a stainless steel mounting bracket, and a billet aluminum mounting clamp. The polished finish can be chromed, painted, or powder-coated to match custom applications.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, and the kit includes all necessary components for secure mounting and connection to the PCV system without requiring complex modifications or drilling in most cases.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2007–2011 Jeep Wrangler JK 3.8L engine, ensuring proper crankcase ventilation for this model.
