Description

The Moroso Air/Oil Separator is engineered to enhance the engine performance of your 3.8L Jeep Wrangler JK by trapping residual oil mist, crankcase vapors, and moisture before they re-enter the intake tract. This direct-fit solution helps restore and maintain your engine’s optimal operating condition by reducing carbon buildup and contamination.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from premium billet aluminum, this separator features internal baffling and mesh media to efficiently filter contaminants. The weather-tight body resists rust and corrosion, while the included stainless steel mounting bracket and billet aluminum clamp ensure a secure and lasting installation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling, cutting, or modifications required. The kit includes a fuel/emission/PCV vapor hose and mounts easily as a direct-fit upgrade.
