Description
Optimized Coil Spring Locations. A new coil bucket is an essential component when performing a junkyard axle re-build, axle swap, or customizing your current setup. This coil retainer is specially designed to fit an axle with 3-1/4 diameter tubes like the 8.8, making it an excellent choice when using this kind of axle. More significantly, this component allows you to get the ideal suspension setup and handling feel for your driving style.
Tough Build Quality. This coil bucket gets its strength from high-grade 0.187-inch thick plate steel construction. This plate steel is then CNC-cut and machine-formed to factory specifications, offering a clean look and precise fit when installed. Additionally, this coil bucket features a raw unfinished surface, enabling you to re-finish it in a color or style of your choosing.
Professional Installation Recommended. This coil bucket will mount onto your 3-1/4 diameter axle via welding. Besides this factor, proper prep work is also needed to ensure a high-quality weld. If you do not have experience with this type of installation, professional installation is always an option.
