Description
Superior Suspension Component. The TTX Front Upper Ball Joint is a critical suspension part designed to provide precise steering control and maintain proper alignment under demanding conditions. Construction and Appearance. This ball joint features a robust sintered metal bearing for maximum durability and enhanced wear resistance. It is pre-greased and includes a neoprene dust boot to protect internal components from contamination. The housing is finished with knurling to ensure a secure fit and resistance to corrosion, and the boot is designed to maintain flexibility and shield against harsh elements.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a press-in mounting type and supplied hardware including a slotted castle nut and easy snap cotter pin. This design simplifies replacement without the need for drilling or complex modifications.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 1987 through 2018 Jeep Wrangler models YJ, TJ, and JK. This ball joint is tailored to their OEM specifications, ensuring optimal compatibility and performance for these generations.
