Each of these bushings reduces the friction placed on your door hinges, allowing them to perform better for longer.
High-Quality Design. If improving the longevity of your door hinges is the goal, Crown Automotive come through with a set of bushings made using DuPont’s Delrin material. An acetal homopolymer, Delrin is rust-proof and capable of withstanding years of constant door use.
Easy Installation. This bushing kit is machined to ensure a perfect fit over your OEM parts, meaning you don’t have to mess around with modifications or complex adjustments. The kit also comes with a handy removal tool, which you can use to replace any old bushings.
Variable Warranty. Crown Automotive’s warranty covers this bushing kit for either one year or 12,000 miles. This is a limited warranty that covers material faults and issues with workmanship. It does not cover damage caused due to faulty installation or user error.
Application. The Jeep Wrangler Door Hinge Bushing Kit is designed to fit the door hinges of the 2-door models of the Jeep Wrangler JK made between 2007-2018.
Installation Difficulty. Simple enough for a beginner to handle thanks to the provided removal tool, one of these bushings takes no more than 30 minutes to fit.
