Description
Performance Upgrade. The JBA 1-1/2-Inch Shorty Headers; Silver Ceramic are designed to replace factory manifolds, providing a significant improvement in engine power and efficiency. These headers serve as a direct replacement, drastically reducing exhaust flow restrictions for better performance in daily driving, towing, or racing conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable stainless steel, each tube is mandrel bent to ensure smooth exhaust flow and long-lasting strength. The headers feature a proprietary Firecone collector design, extra thick collector domes, and 3/8 inch thick machined flanges with oversized ports. Finished in a grey metallic ceramic coating with a semi-gloss sheen, they offer corrosion resistance and improved heat management.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, designed as a direct factory replacement with included mounting hardware and gasket. No drilling or modifications are typically required, facilitating a professional, leak-free fit.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK equipped with the 3.8L V6 engine, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance for this model and engine combination.
