      Description

Engineered to be the Best. This 12,000-pound Ironman 4x4 Monster Winch is not a discount tool store special. The team of engineers at Ironman 4x4 needed a winch to be powerful and tough enough for difficult and remote recoveries in the Australian Outback. This 12,000-pound, 12V Electric Monster Winch with Synthetic Rope is reliable, versatile, and designed for the toughest winching situations.

The Motor is the Heart. Beginning with a 6.4hp high-power, low-friction motor constructed from high-strength alloys and low-friction materials. The straight-engage clutch paired with a 3-stage planetary gearbox at a 265:1 gear ratio permits you maximum pulling power. Everything is wrapped in a watertight housing that has a unique breather system to prevent contaminants from being sucked into the housing while the unit is submerged. No matter how bad the situation is, this winch is designed to keep working.

Wired and Wireless Controls. There is a handy rechargeable wireless controller with an inbuilt flashlight and 100-foot range for control in dangerous situations or from inside the cab, as well as a wired controller for times when close monitoring and precision are needed.

Superior Synthetic Rope. Steel ropes are heavy, can fray, and be a handful to manage. This 12,000-pound, 12V Electric Monster Winch uses a Dyneema Synthetic rope that is superior in every way to steel: The same size rope is 15 times stronger than steel, 8 times lighter, doesn’t absorb water, and floats. It is also resistant to chemicals and does not break down in UV rays. It cannot be kinked, doesn’t lose strength if overlapped on the winch drum, doesn’t splinter, lasts longer than steel, and if overloaded to the point of breaking, there is no recoil.

Five-Year Warranty. The Ironman 4x4 electric winch comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

Installation This offroad winch uses a universal bolt pattern for fitment to your bumper and includes all hardware and electrical wiring required for the procedure. Installation requires simple tools and a couple of hours.

Application. This Ironman 4x4 12,000 lb. 12v Electric Monster Winch with Synthetic Rope fits all vehicles with a winch bar or winch mounting point designed for your vehicle. Your vehicle needs a good battery with at least 650 cold cranking amps.
