Description
Fuel Cell Upgrade. The Holley 6 BOLT FLANGE 450 LPH SINGLE pump module assembly is designed to upgrade existing racing fuel systems from carbureted to EFI setups or to replace worn fuel modules. It simplifies installation by fitting directly into compatible 6 bolt flange fuel cells and ensures consistent fuel delivery for high-performance applications. Its adjustable pump depth and built-in ports facilitate installation and efficient fuel flow essential for maintaining engine performance and responsiveness.
Construction and Appearance. This fuel pump module features a billet aluminum top flange with a durable finish for long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance. It includes an 8AN inlet port, a 10AN outlet port, and a fuel filler cap. The housing is crafted from aluminum with an external strainer to protect the pump. The module is designed for in-tank installation with adjustable pump depth ranging from 7.5 to 12 inches to accommodate various fuel cell sizes.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required when replacing an existing compatible 6 bolt flange fuel cell cap assembly. The module includes all necessary mounting hardware, allowing for a seamless drop-in replacement. Basic knowledge of fuel systems and electrical connections is recommended for safe and proper setup.
Warranty. This product carries a manufacturer's limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. This module fits universal 6 bolt flange fuel cells and is compatible with popular racing fuel cell brands. It supports both EFI and carbureted engines up to 875 EFI / 1100 carbureted horsepower ratings and is suitable for racing and emissions-controlled applications where legal.
