Construction and Appearance. Assembled in the USA using high-quality materials such as cast aluminum drivers and heatsinks, UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, and aluminum-core circuit boards, these headlights are designed for durability. They feature an IP67 weatherproof rating with integrated moisture-proof vents and passive cooling to ensure long-lasting clear optics.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a plug-and-play harness requiring no wire splicing or drilling. These headlights are direct replacements for factory units and include an adjuster tool to easily fine-tune aiming within 1 to 2 hours.
