      Description

      Tailgate Reinforcement Panel. The DV8 Offroad Tailgate Reinforcement MOLLE Panel strengthens the factory rear door by reducing hinge strain and distributing weight evenly. It provides a secure mounting solution for trail gear and recovery tools while maintaining factory tire and wheel fitment, especially beneficial when running 35" tires for offroad use.

      Construction and Appearance. This panel is fabricated from 3mm and 4mm steel for robust durability. It features a micro-texture black powder coat finish that enhances corrosion resistance and offers a rugged, clean look to complement the Jeep’s exterior.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design requiring no drilling. The process typically takes about 90 minutes depending on experience.

      Warranty. The product includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL models utilizing the factory tire mount. It is compatible with DV8 tire delete kits TSJL-02 and TSJL-04, but not compatible with the OEM HD Tire Carrier Reinforcement.
