Description
Smooth Out Shifting. Your transmission is usually the hardest working system in your Jeep. It takes all the power produced by the engine and manages it for use through the driveshaft. Transmission bearings help with each gear, letting you shift from low to high speed without stalling the engine. This BA10/5 Transmission 5th Intermediate Bearing helps with the shift from 4th to 5th gear.
Durable OEM Replacement. When a transmission bearing goes up, it can make it impossible to shift into the right gear. This replacement part uses stainless steel to create a bearing that can stand up to miles of use. It's designed to improve transmission performance for vehicles using a BA10 5-speed manual transmission.
Direct Installation. Installing this new transmission bearing is fairly straightforward. You won't need to cut, weld or drill, and it slips into place using the existing hardware.
12-Month Warranty. All replacement parts come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty against manufacturing defects. You can void your warranty if you misuse the part, so for more information about limitations and exclusions, please check the manufacturer's warranty.
Application. This BA10/5 Transmission 5th Intermediate Bearing is designed to install on all Jeep Wrangler YJ models with a 5-Speed manual transmission manufactured between 1987-1989.
