OVERLAND REAR BUMPER. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series High Clearance Rear Bumper with swing arm and single tube sides is designed to enhance off-road capability and utility. It improves departure angles and offers a robust gear mounting solution tailored for serious overlanders and off-road enthusiasts. The bumper integrates practical features like a hidden hitch and swingout tire carrier, making it essential for rugged terrain and adventure use.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with three-quarter inch thick D-ring tabs fully welded at front and back, this bumper is built for strength and durability. It ships raw and requires painting or powder coating to resist rust, although a powder-coated option is available for a finished appearance. The design includes functional cutouts for reverse lights compatible with specific flush mount brands and provisions for accessory mounts, ensuring both utility and style.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires trimming the vehicle's side panels and the lower bedsides behind the rear fenders to fit properly. Moderate mechanical experience is recommended. Professional installation is advised but not mandatory.
APPLICATION. Designed specifically for 2016–2023 Tacoma models without blind spot monitoring, this bumper is compatible with vehicles lacking these driver-assist systems. It is not compatible with vehicles equipped with blind spot monitoring.
