Description

Overland Front Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-inch Light Bar Cutout and Mid-Height Bull Bar; Raw provides robust front-end protection designed for off-road and overland use. It enhances ground clearance to accommodate larger tires and includes cutouts in front of the bumper for convenient winch lever access. Engineered to support a range of winches and lighting options, this bumper is a versatile upgrade for both serious trail rigs and daily drivers.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16 inch laser-cut P&O steel reinforced with 1/4 inch thick mounting plates, this bumper offers a rugged foundation built to withstand demanding conditions. The raw steel finish ships ready for paint or powder coating to prevent rust. Fully welded 3/4 inch thick D-ring tabs are provided front and back for secure recovery points. Depending on the bull bar configuration, the bumper weighs between 115 and 135 pounds, providing strength without excessive weight.

Installation. Installation requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper to ensure proper fitment. The process is moderately challenging but does not require drilling, allowing for a secure, direct bolt-on application.

Application. Designed to fit 2016–2023 Tacoma models. The mid-height bull bar version is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS). Factory fog lights are not supported by this bumper.
