It offers excellent winch accessibility and recovery capabilities, making it an essential upgrade for off-road enthusiasts and professionals seeking reliable vehicle recovery solutions.
Construction and Appearance. This bumper is constructed from heavy-duty steel, weighing just 75 pounds to balance durability with a lightweight profile. It ships as bare steel, requiring painting or powder coating to prevent rust. The bumper features fully welded thick D-ring tabs for recovery points and a precision-cut light bar mount designed to fit 30-inch single-row light bars, with the C4 logo laser cut into the light bar aperture.
Installation. Installation involves moderate difficulty with necessary modifications, including cutting out the center section of the factory plastic bumper for proper fitment. No drilling is required for mounting, but some trimming of grille support brackets may be needed if using integrated control box winches.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma 3rd Generation models. Compatible with TRD Pro skid plate and Toyota Safety Sense on non-TRD Pro grille variations. Bull bar compatibility is limited to models without the TRD Pro grille.
