The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Full-Height Bull Bar with Tube Gussets; Raw is engineered for robust off-road protection and enhanced vehicle capability. It offers practical features like winch lever access and accommodates most winches between 8,000 and 12,000 pounds. This bumper is ideal for overlanders seeking durable front-end armor without compromising on style or functionality.

Construction and Appearance. Fabricated from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4-inch thick mounting plates, this bumper combines strength and precision in its build. The raw steel finish ships untreated, requiring painting or powder coating to prevent rust, allowing customization of color and texture. It features fully welded 3/4-inch thick D-ring recovery tabs and clean, functional cutouts for winch operation.

Installation. Installation involves trimming the factory plastic bumper and is moderately challenging. No drilling is required, but careful cutting is necessary to ensure proper fitment and alignment.

Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2016-2023 Tacoma 3rd generation models. The mid-height bull bar option is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense, and factory fog lights are unsupported with this bumper.
